When called up fifteen mins after it was supposed to arrive was told the office couldn't get hold of a driver and they'd call me back, when they did call back they said still couldn't get hold of a driver and to try another company. Another driver arrived shortly after and refused to take us anywhere as he had come for someone else and he refused to help or try and locate the cab we had booked as he "doesn't know what goes on in the office" All other companies were fully booked, hence why we had booked this one, leaving two young girls no choice but to walk home at 1am for an hour through unlit parkland. Disgusting
